Lawrence Delevingne is a journalist based in New York City, where he’s a senior staff writer for hedge fund publication Absolute Return.
Before joining AR in April 2010, Delevingne was a staff writer at Business Insider. He has also written for Fortune and BusinessWeek and is a member of the New York Financial Writers’ Association.
Prior to journalism, Delevingne worked in communications, specializing in corporate responsibility at Burson Marsteller. He holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism (with honors) and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (cum laude). At Georgetown, he studied international affairs, focusing on Africa and living in Senegal for a year.
